Hayley has worked in childcare for over 25 years and has a BA degree in Childhood studies. Hayley is a highly experienced manager and baby practitioner, with excellent skills in Makaton. She has a friendly approachable manner that welcomes new children and parents into the nursery helping them to feel settled and at ease during their nursery journey.

Anneka is an experienced Early Years Teacher and manager, she has worked in early years since 2002 and has a BA Honours degree and Early Years Teacher status. She has a foundation level in British Sign Language, and is Elklan trained, which offers a unique opportunity to develop children’s communication and language abilities. Anneka has a wealth of experience with children who have additional needs, specifically Autism, and she has cascaded this experience to the staff team.
